How to Get More Translation Clients - Translation Partners

Here are some crumbs about my partner preferences. Many of my clients have been working with me for over a decade, while at the same time having old clients refer me to new ones. I provide a reliable service and run various self-publishing channels, so I find new clients to work with on all channels.

With a lot of business, I sometimes need some new partners. First of all, I like to be professionally competent, and this is a prerequisite. For example, if you have two mouths and two pens, or if you have achieved 7.5 or 8 in IELTS, or if you have enough practical experience in translation, you can cooperate.

However, it is also very important to be polite and humble in communication, and to be able to reply quickly and respond to everything. Often the level of professionalism does not mean everything, but more important is the emotional intelligence.

I still hope that you have a response to everything, everything has to be done, so that will give people a sense of reliability and solidity, your customers will be more and more.

Criteria for the employment of translators

In the past few days, many of my friends have asked in private messages how they can receive a translation.

This little friend is a translation partner I recently incorporated into my studio, and is really very meticulous, looking up all the proper nouns and even finding out the Chinese name of the organization and giving suggestions for improvement. If I were to translate the word "diclofenac yeast" myself, I would probably translate it directly, but she also found Estee Lauder's formula and gave me a more specialized wording. Therefore, the criteria for hiring translators is to give priority to the second translator, to give priority to the professional and serious attitude, and then to satisfy the clients every time they hand in their work, so that they can automatically be turned into long-term cooperative translators.
